About Patrick Godin

Patrick Godin is excited to assist clients in finding or selling their home. He has been a licensed home builder since 2013 with a focus on turning distressed properties into rental properties or reselling them to satisfied home buyers. He recently joined Zeriss Realty, LLC as a full time real estate agent specializing in investment rental properties and home buying/selling. He uses his knowledge and experience in the renovation business to help his clients find their perfect home.

Before becoming a REALTOR® and licensed home builder, Patrick supported defense programs on Redstone Arsenal as an engineer. He enjoys hiking local trails with his wife, visiting with his two daughters, painting, and doing activities with his church family.
